What we collect
When you send a request, we collect what you type:
- first name
- phone number
- ZIP code
- the pests you picked
- timing and any notes
We also record the page you were on and how you reached the site (for example, a search engine or an ad).
Calls and texts
If you call or text our number, the phone service records the number you called from and the call's time and length, plus the text messages themselves. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm the request was passed on; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call if recording is on.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent, licensed pest control company serving your area so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, except service providers that run this website and our phone line, or if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; you can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Vercel Web Analytics doesn't use cookies. The form keeps your ZIP code and how you reached the site in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. We don't run advertising trackers.
